Meeting, Conference and Event Facilities

The Holiday Inn Express London – Wimbledon South is the perfect venue for your business meetings. Our facilities can be used for both formal and informal occasions such as conferences, training sessions, sales reviews, board meetings, product launches or even a wedding.

The hotel has 4 meeting rooms:

  • Twickenham – (holds up to 10 delegates)
  • Centre Court 1 – (holds up to 10 delegates)
  • Centre Court 2 – (holds up to 15 delegates)
  • Oval – (holds up to 10 delegates)

The Centre Court rooms can be combined to accommodate up to 40 delegates and can be arranged in various different layouts to suit your requirements and delegate numbers.

All our meeting rooms are equipped with a projector, screen, flip chart, markers, modem points, pens, paper, water and cordials. Food and drink can be arranged and served to you and your guests. Tea and coffee is available on a per serving basis or unlimited supply along with mints and biscuits.

In addition the hotel now has a licence to hold civil wedding ceremonies for up to 40 people and can be held in the stylish function room.
